By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the 399bit platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are accessing 399bit on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that person to these Terms. 399bit reserves the right to refuse access or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

To register and maintain an account with 399bit, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a corporate entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or suspended from 399bit or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 399bit or any of its affiliated service providers.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify 399bit of any changes to your registered details promptly.

399bit reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence, and proof of address — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 399bit will close the additional accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any bonus balances. Where fraud is detected, 399bit may additionally forfeit the entire balance of all associated accounts and report the activity to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 399bit accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login details.

All financial transactions on 399bit are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed during the transaction process.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where 399bit expressly permits otherwise. 399bit reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited to any account. Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended indefinitely.

From time to time, 399bit offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers — including campaigns around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and Victory Day. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated on the individual promotion page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 399bit promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed the required minimum deposit and met any other qualifying criteria specified on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or market rule, the specific rule shall prevail for matters solely relating to that game or market, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

In the case of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including casino games, live casino rounds, Plinko, Dragon Fishing 2, slots, and cricket or other sports markets — 399bit reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. 399bit will not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from such circumstances. Bets placed after the designated closing time for any market, or placed in error due to a manifest pricing error, are void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399bit platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Deliberately structuring deposits or withdrawals to circumvent transaction limits or anti-money-laundering controls.
• Using the Platform while under the influence of circumstances that impair judgement, in breach of applicable responsible gaming guidelines.

399bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date.

399bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other users. Upon termination, any bonus balance will be forfeited; verified real-money balances will be returned to the player subject to identity verification and any outstanding investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 399bit with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
